Snowfest: Squaw Valley, Space Cowboys, Unimog on the patio of the Olympic Plaza underneath the Funitel. Bass starts throbbing at noon Friday and rolls til the Snowfest Opening Ceremonies finish with 100s of skiers and snowboarders come down the mountain in the dark carrying flares, with fireworks for the grand finale. I set the tone that afternoon with some deep house. Yum.

SF's finest New Year's Day funky freak fest. Change is in the air, and so is the bass. After years of playing this event, I've come to realize what this crowd wants more than anything else... dirty bass, and lots of it. This is the one time of year 3am acid house kills it at 10am.

The day of the dead. Costume party. Ghostship. The Space Cowboys, the Flaming Lotus Girls, Therm, Kinetic Steamworks, Brass Tax, Deep End, House of Lotus, and countless other Burning Man spectacle regulars. Oh, and it was on Treasure Island. 3000 of our closest friends piled over the bridge to this night time no-mans land to get freaky. Our flag was flying high. I started up the night with a touch of funk and groove.

A departure from the usual RS event, this one explored the concept of a secret society, so we decorated the front entrance of the event like a chinese laundromat to conceal our deviant activities within. This set was played 2nd after the ceremony, around 1:30am. Deep, driving, electro-tech house and breaks with plenty of spankin' bass. So very naughty.
